My preferred primary care location! The staff is professional and I have been able to receive both PT and primary care here. The billing system/office could use some work though. Anytime I’ve visited I’ve been delayed in billing due to my employer office hours, which allows for visits during certain time periods. Despite using the employer hours I still seem to get billed for my visits, only to have to resolve this myself on the phone at a later date.

The doctor listened and was helpful. But since I've been inaccurately charged for preventative services by Bellin twice in the last 6 months I don't think I'll go back. Thankfully I checked my billing statement and my insurance disputed it. If you go here be sure to do the same.

Love most of the MDs that work here. Gave it 4 stars because of the Nurse Practitioner here kasper-Krueger.. not good. Makes you feel like your dumb. Didn't listen to what I was saying, ended up having to go to a specialist for my condition to find out she prescribed me 4 times the dose recommended which caused some horrific mood swings
