Dr. Ditchen is a great doctor who really listens to you.nnI removed a star because of the often rude front desk staff. They've made assumptions and have been condescending to me numerous times.nnIt's worth putting up with the reception to have a great primary so I'll keep coming back.

I really like Dr. Ditchens, she is personable and thorough! I don't have much of an issue getting in to see her when needed. The clinic is conveniently located and in good order.

Dr Ditchen was very friendly, shook hands, and looked you in the eye. She discussed any procedure you needed before you had it done. If you had a question, she provided extra time to answer it thoroughly and allow you to chose what's best for you versus telling you what to do. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new PCP.
