Monica is amazing! My 6 year old daughter has very thick long hair. Combing nits were impossible. We tried over the counter products and failed. I was then referred to her. Very down to earth, professional and not judgmental in the slightest of ways. She honestly wants to genuinely help, takes her time, and is very thorough. Great with kids! Nitorious B.U.G. Is a life saver if you are a “first time licer” as I like to call it. Monica and her staff genuinely care about your situation & they not only take the time to remove the lice, but also provide you the education and encouragement you need. Highly recommend!!! Katie T.

As an in home social worker, lice can be a hazard of the job, even when you least expect it. Thankfully, Nitorious BUG was there to help in so many ways. tMy heart is so grateful to have been referred to Monica. She is genuine, flexible, and knows her stuff. This was just a bit traumatic and humbling for me and I really appreciate Monica's kindness and customer service. Warm and friendly environment, especially considering the circumstances. Peace of mind is priceless and so is Nitorious BUG.

Monica was amazing she made everything look so easy I really wish that I would've found her sooner...She is so knowledgeable and was amazing with getting my 2 year old to sit. I highly recommend you go see her she does a great job.
