So i get a haircut and it looks nothing like i asked and do not use because new stylists work here which means ur hair isnt gonna be how u want and if u see a stylist named faith do not get a haircut from her

I had got in and gotten my hair cut by one of their hair stylist and I really liked how she cut my hair she did an amazing job and the manager at the store did an incredible job on coloring my hair. They are extremely nice staff and they are very professional with their work I am very happy with my visit and cannot thank them enough.

I went to the salon hoping to get my hair deep conditioned and straightened as my hair is pretty curly and benefits from a deep moisturizing. First of all, the lady who was doing my hair did not preform a deep conditioning- she shampooed and conditioned my hair, washing the product out right away. She did not let the conditioner sit in my hair or put me under a hot dryer which is what is usually done when you get a deep conditioning treatment. It was very obvious she wanted to speed through my hair service.nnAs soon as she brought me over to the chair, she asked me, “Do they usually brush your hair?”. What kind of question is that. I don’t know who goes to a salon and does not get their hair brushed/combed. I told her yes. She seemed annoyed the entire time, ripping through my hair rapidly. My stylist did not talk to me the entire time. She continued to pour and spray excessive amounts of product in my hair which made it very greasy and not fresh looking. When she was finished straightening my hair, she did not even part it or attempt to.nnWhen I left, I found multiple areas of my hair that were left wavy. This experience was a complete waste of time and money, and this stylist needs to step up the quality of her work and customer service skills immensely.

Friendly and fun staff, great prices, Steph M has been cutting my family's hair for years and does amazing work! I would recommend NewStyle salon to anyone!!
