Icon salon is great all around. I have not tried any of there other services, as covid puts alot of restraint for mens grooming, such as beards and sideburns, but all in all I have been impressed. I will keep coming back. They even remmeber little details like what guard you used or what you like, and research beforehand.
Favorite salon in the area. Sam is my favorite!
Had an appointment for 9am and when I walked in the receptionist said the hair stylist would not be there today. They said they called me but it was only a few minutes before my appointment. I usually don't leave reviews, but I was really excited to treat myself today and the soonest they could reschedule was two weeks from now. Definitely going somewhere else because I don't want to get canceled on again... :(
The staff was friendly from the moment I walked into the door until I left. Everyone was very professional and courteous. My stylist, Kendall, listened to what I wanted and explained everything in detail as to what she was going to do. She was awesome. It was a great experience.
Icon is amazing. They did my bridal party's hair for my wedding day and they were the sweetest group. Their salon is stunning and I would highly recommend for everyone.
