Travis was great to work with. I had my Brazilian Cherry floors refinished and they look AMAZING! I highly recommend - could not be happier!
Heider Hardwood Flooring did an AMAZING job. We had original hardwood flooring in three bedrooms and nasty old carpet in the hallway. We had removed the carpet prior to the job being started to make it easier for Travis. Travis was able to cut up our 2nd sub floor in order to install hardwood in the hallway and closets. He sanded the hardwood in the bedrooms and stained them a natural color. The floors turned out amazing and I can not stop staring at them! Would 100% recommend Heider Hardwood Flooring. Travis knows his wood and does an amazing job. He was honest, timely, reasonable and so much more. I would not go to anybody else but Heider Hardwood Flooring.
We had guidance from Travis but still were able to make our own final decision regarding the floor finish. Travis and his partner always showed up when they said they would, did very neat work and left no messy dust. We now have a beautiful floor and would be happy to recommend them to anyone!
Exceptional work! The guys did an excellent job, the floors are beautiful. There was no mess, and the floors didn't look this good when they were newly installed 30 years ago. They are 3rd grade maple and were installed by a reputable installer, but the finish has never looked better. They have a natural finish and the character of the wood comes through beautifully. Love Love Love my NEW looking floors.
Travis did a spectacular job refinishing our hardwood floors. He was extremely punctual, not only when stopping out to provide a quote but also on each day of working on the floors. The sanding took his team longer than expected, and they had to grind down some of their tools to get into hard-to-reach spots, but he held true to the quote he gave us. The workmanship is great - much nicer looking than before! Also, if you are worried about dust, don't be. Multiple days of sanding went on and there wasn't any dust to be found throughout. Highly recommended. Thanks!!
