I have been seeing Dr. Jerzak for 20 plus years. He and his staff and always been professional and courteous with me. Has the utmost patience with my elderly parents. Very genuine. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was trying to see if my insurance would cover a visit and what the cost for my visit would be. I ended up spending hours on the phone getting referred to different departments (the clinic, billing, code compare). The code compare representative was extremely rude. No one at Bellin would give me a straight answer. I called my insurance at least twice. My insurance said I was covered as long as certain criteria was met. This all ended up in a 3-way call between myself, my insurance, and the travel clinic. The clinic was given a code by my insurance and the clinic had given me codes for insurance and neither party could understand each other. When the clinic finally read through what the insurance had referred them too, they simply said because it’s uncommon to be covered it’s probably not, even though my insurance said I do have full coverage for this. When I asked for an estimate or advice they wouldn’t assist and said I had to come in for an expensive uninsured consultation to get my answers. Also, someone from the clinic told me that I needed vaccinations that the CDC didn’t even recommend or were very rare for the area and didn’t even fit my region or travelnplans. I understand that my insurance may or may not coverage this and that most insurance does not. But I have a good plan and my company said it should be covered. My frustration is that no one wanted to take the time at Bellin to help me verify this until I spent hours digging and getting assertive on the phone with people. This is ridiculous, I am not a medical professional or insurance specialist. What the hell am I paying these people for? This was a terrible time. And are they just out to get money or seriously help their patients? Honestly, my personal physician and the travel agency were more help than these people and they gave me honest answers and treated me like a human.

I have been doing personal training with Eydie for over a year. I have improved, functionality and strength. If you your thinking of picking a trainer, I strongly recommend her. She is the best.

When you need help and get ignored. Unreal

The P.A. and nurses were rude I was waiting in the room for my spouse to come back from xray which took about 40 minutes and I had 2 nurses try and close the door on me because they didnt look at paperwork and thought I was the patient! Then while he was in x-ray he had a emergency call and I asked to go talk to him quick and they wouldn't let me go talk to him and they refused to go get him the P.A. told me I would just have to wait!!ud83dude21ud83dude21 this place sucks!! And ppl are so damn rude!!
