Haven’t had a bad experience with them yet. Reasonably priced. Very nice for the most part, their little girl is a sweet heart. You can most of the time walk in and get started within 15 minutes, though they obviously prefer appointments. Haven’t been there in a while but hopefully they will be back open when I need my nails done for my proposal nails and even if engagement and wedding nails!
I usually go to a different nail salon, but I was surprised that it didn't have any barriers between the customers or the worker and client. So I tried LA Salon. They required masks to enter and they have plexiglass barriers for client's protection. I had a dip manicure and am quite happy with the experience and results. Looks great! I'll be back.
He made my nails round when I said straight, and I told him how long I wanted them and he made it shorter and made my nail on my thumb longer then the rest of my nails. And he put 2 different yellows on my nails. Y’all should not go to this shop it’s sucks that’s why they only had middle aged white woman there.
Aways love the work they do on nails. Very reasonably priced. Just gotta remember to bring cash for a tip. They don't allow credit/debit card tips.
Called YESTERDAY for an Appt with my regular technician. She scheduled me for 1pm today. I waited 45 minutes to be told someone else waiting made her Appt on same day but before me. Why double book yourself and pass the other person to another technician. Only problem I have is the guys there are very bad always cut you or nails have bumps or too thick. Worst customer service. To have to wait then get passed off to a worse nail tech. What's the point in scheduling an Appt if you're not going to hold it.
