The Grant Thompson team is outstanding! From the first day when Grant came out in person to discuss our kitchen project, to the designers, to the construction lead, and of course Tina the person who keeps it all moving, everyone was fantastic. We received a work schedule so we knew when to expect people that included the name(s) of the workers. The quality of their work is amazing; if the work of a worker isn't perfect they make sure it gets corrected. Great service, on time (within the limits of their control), and under budget. I highly recommend Grant Thompson Construction.

We contacted Grant based on a recommendation from a friend. Called him and he responded the same day. Came over to our house that same day, took measurements for our bathroom remodel and provided us with an estimate in a few days.nWe weren't too sure about some items for the update but Grant provided us with knowledgeable people to walk us through the process. Tina was a great help and even met us on site and at the stores to help us out.nTina provided us with a calendar of when the project would start and the various subs that would be on site. All of the subs were great to work with, very professional and did excellent work. Chris, the project manager, was a great help too. When we couldn't make a decision, he was right there to offer his expertise.nThe project was completed and we couldn't be happier the results! We highly recommend Grant Thompson Construction and if we have another project, they will be our go-to contractor!

I absolutely recommend Grant Thompson Construction Company because they did an excellent job in updating a flooded basement last renovated in the 1960's. When Grant came to give the estimate he was the only one of the four companies I contacted for estimates to mention I would need a building permit. He also suggested ways for me to minimize costs as this was a big concern of mine. He saw that the work being done was up to code and that it passed inspection. His office kept me informed on times and dates the subcontractors were coming. Added costs due to changes in electrical and heating work were discussed prior to starting those jobs. I would definitely hire Grant Thompson again because he was honest, competitive in cost, and did a superior job.
