Got a call from Paul that my dryer was ready/ good to go! So I called back and said I'd be their at 2:00! We get their at 2:00 and nobody around, sign on the door says sorry for the inconvenience! Of course nobody would answer any of my calls! One way- 49 miles and 48 minutes wasted for nothing!!nKim tells me she'll reimburse me for that day so we go back the following friday for the dryer. I pay while the dryer gets loaded. Thanks for that whole 10.00 discount!nGet home, unload dryer.. IT WAS NEVER CLEANED... PROBABLY WAS NEVER SERVICED EITHER!! It had a 3 prong cord when I looked at it (the paperwork even said I wanted the 3 prong) but a 4 prong cord when we picked it up.nMy whole experience with Kim and Paul's appliance is just a negative. ud83dude1e
They were quick, friendly, and on time. He made sure he wasn't leaving without given us a working over.
Today, Al and Paul came to help me fix a locked dispenser on my fridge. It was such a quick fix and they didn't even bill me and their service was top notch. When I do have any issues in the future I know where I'll be taking my business and I will most certainly pay their kindness forward. Thank you gentlemen.
They have been repairing my appliances for my business for over 10 years , I will go to NO ONE else. Their customer service is the best in the industry, their staff is knowledgeable and they treat their customers as we treat ours, as ROYALTY! Kim & Paul's appliance is THE PLACE to get great rebuilt appliances with a warranty OF 1 YEAR!!! ON PARTS!!! SAME AS NEW. The administrative assistant is a rockstar & very knowledgeable. They sell new & used! I will ONLY go here!
