The gents at 1st Choice Pest Control were great. Out of the people we called they not only responded first but were able to get us in the quickest.nnThey walked my wife and I through the process before they set foot into our apartment. They explained the chemicals they were using and why they were using them. They explained what the follow up steps were for any additional visits they may have to do, as well as what we should do to monitor and help the process.nnWe have a follow up visit at some point in the future, which is looking quite bright.nnBed bugs are not fun, but I have a lot more peace of mind with 1st Choice Pest Control helping us out. Thanks guys for all the help.

The technician was in communication with me because he was running a little late which wasn't a problem but we were glad he informed us . The inspection went well & they put in a bait trap in our basement . Time will tell if it is effective since this was our 1st visit. They said to expect that they will be back 2 more times . The service seemed somewhat expensive but when investigating other services it was very comparable. Too early to tell if it will be affective or not.

This company was courteous, informative, prompt, and 100 percent willing to wear a mask while at my home. I am quite satisfied with their service and would absolutely recommend to everyone. I am, however, unsure about whether they are going to contact me to set up a follow-up visit, or if this is something I need to do on my end.

They came out to my house the day after I called. Set contraptions for my mice problem inside and outside. Explained how mice work and I'm looking forward to getting rid of them not just using mouse traps to kill some of them! Recommended from a friend who uses them at his business with great success!

I was satisfied with the company's explanation of what the program was and how it worked and so far the rodents have not reappeared. I just felt that for what they did it was way overpriced and time to stop. I can walk around the house and put those little bait cubes out for free.
