Jon was very knowledgeable and thorough when checking our home for ... gulp ... bed bugs. He was very patient w me, kept in good contact, and is very reasonably priced. Several of the pest companies I talked with recommended him and K9 Chester.nK9 Chester was very professional! His demeanor while working is very focused. He is also adorable and very sweet.
