I can't say thank you enough to the owners, Heath and Lisa, of KK Sew and Vac III. The customer service of KK Sew and Vac cannot be beat. All the employees are friendly, have a passion for what they do, and love their job and the customers. It shows! The products they offer are superb in quality and they definitely stand behind what they sell as well as take care of any repairs you might need. KK Sew and Vac also services vacuums and sewing machines they didn't sell which is awesome! Highly recommend KK Sew and Vac!
Awesome!! They fixed and cleaned my Ellisimo Gold the best it's ever been AND they were able to get me in on a day we were coming to Green Bay from the U.P., no extra trip! Best of any machine service I've had in 40 years of machine ownership!

This store has a great display of Baby Lock sewing, sergers, embroidery, and long arm machines along with beautiful fabric and notions. It also carries Riccar vacuums and bags and belts for almost every make vacuum. I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello by their knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. They have staff that are certified by Baby Lock in areas such as machine embroidery, sergers, and quilting! My questions have always been answered. The serve department services all brands of sewing machines and vacuums. Best of all it is owned by a local veteran!! Awesome store!!!
