The front desk workers were friendly, helpful, and very efficient. The nurse was equally friendly and efficient. Dr. Cihla was excellent. She listened to my concerns, professionally checked my skin, explained what and why she was doing a procedure, and answered my questions. She advised me on what to do to better protect my skin in the future. I highly recommend her.

My overall experience was good! The wait in the examination room could have been shorter but for the most part it was ok!

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM AND CAREFUL CARE IN EXPLAINING ALL THE DERMATOLOGY ISSUES I HAVE.

Nurses were very nice to me and my son. The doctor did not have tableside manner and did not seem to care what my son and I had to say. She was condescending and talked over us the entire time. She never really listened and looked at my son's arm for half a second and decided what it was. When my son asked her a question she was very dismissive and told him she was explaining to me what I needed to do. Both him and I commented on how cold and unfriendly she was. Also waited for ten minutes after appointment time only to watch two people come in and get sent back immediately even though they had a later appointment than us.
