I went to see Dr. Tressler yesterday for my acillius tendon. I was told here where I live that it would have to be cut and stretched. Well, Dr. Tressler found out what was causing it to bother me. He said that we need to try therapy first. Because , there is a bone growing on the side of my foot that is causing this. He said if the therapy doesn't work then, he will go in and cut that bone off that is sticking out. He said he didn't want to cut the tendon and stretch it because, it won't be as strong as it is now. Well, it was a good time for the other foot to start and hurt because,I have the same thing in that one. I am sooo happy that I listened to my gut feeling and to get that third opinion. Dr. Tressler is wonderful and right to the point . I like that in a Dr.

I've had over 14 surgeries throughout my life, most due to athletics. I believe of those 14 surgeries I have had 6 different doctors (including Packers - Dr. McKenzie)...Dr. Tressler is by far the best, he is straight forward and takes his time with you. He's funny, will call you back if you need to talk (not a nurse relaying information), and very knowledgeable. All of the work he did on me has been great, i'm back to 100%.
