Lifewell front desk is horrid, people will not listen. They usually ask me a question, as I am answering; they speak over me. This is especially true when on the phone. Mental health doctor is an exceptional person, she rates 5 stars. I don't have much xp with medical personal, they seem to be caring professional people. I am at lifewell royal palms.
Always a good time to be had. Got my injection and on my way home in under 30 minutes
Since they changed management a few months back and got rid of most of the Dead weight . They have become much more efficient
horible,bad no help,just useless talk from staff. bumbs for patients. homeless bumbs for customers.
They are incredibly unprofessional, rude, and horrible on time management. The front desk do not know how to be courteous and are not good under pressure. They become rude. The place is not well kept. I saw a psychiatrist who is new to LifeWell and she continuously interrupted me and I had to speak to another professional for a resolution. I’m in law enforcement and had to call off work for my appointment and I’m just extremely disappointed. If you want genuine services, this is not the place.
