I found the document prep to be inaccurate as if it was just slammed through the process. There were a number of corrections needed that should have been caught before sending the documents to me and the buyers. The way they handled the in person closing was inexcusable. They did not appear to exercise any Covid 19 precautions & actually put all of us in a 8 x 10 ft room without masks being worn by the other parties or even asking us if we were comfortable with all being in the same small room. Very unaware our personal comfort boundaries. I have worked with a number of title companies over the years. BY FAR, worst experience ever.

Absolutely an amazing title company! They are fast with the prep of documents and their communication is outstanding. They have great rates and all the staff treat you with respect at all times even if things get stressful with your home purchase. I highly recommend Knight Barry Title and will continue to use then every chance I get.
