They have great seasonal decor. And handy crafty ideas for fabric, wood, jewelry, paint. Etc. Different than hobby lobby. Best recommend to shop again.

Went in for just one item needed to know where it was located in the store. I asked the employee working if she could tell me where the item was she had no idea what I was asking about. Said she didn't know what Wool is!! Need to educate employee's on what y'all carry and where it's located.
I went in ( the 3rd store for the same thing), expecting to be disappointed, but was pleased! I looked at the rows of yarn and must have looked scared. This very nice employee stopped me and asked me if she could help. The only store that anyone helped at!! I did not know the brand or color of yarn I needed, but only showed her the type! This girl was fantastic! She checked the shelves, the company website and the manufacturer's website for me. The color was discontinued, but she went way above and beyond! I wish I had time to tell her manager!
Love joanns, but had the rudest cashier experience. I have a lot of respect for customer service workers after working in the industry for years, but I was very disappointed in the rude manner that my mother and I were treated. I hope Joanns learns to be more picky in their hiring process.
