Carol helped me try on my dresses. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and made me feel like I was truly cared about. Not pushy at all, and gave me all the time I needed. Thank you Carol!!! Gorgeous selection and fair prices. I'll definitely be visiting again.

I would recommend Elaine's to anyone looking for her special dress. I worked with Joann and she was so patient, kind and knowledgeable. There was a great selection of dresses from style, to price, to sizes. Joanne was so helpful with envisioning what a dress would look like after alterations. She made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. She also had great suggestions for accessories. If you are looking to book an appointment- ask for Joann.

Although the dresses are gorgeous here, I did not enjoy my experience. I actually fell in love with a dress here but purchased one elsewhere purely based upon customer service.nnMy stylist was very rude and judgmental about my budget, was unhelpful in pulling dresses, made me feel very uncomfortable in the dressing room, she never once asked me about myself, my wedding, my fiance, my vision, etc, when I showed my mom my dresses she was not helpful in fluffing the train, offering to style a veil to help the vision, she was very pushy about me getting my alterations done AT Elaine's (quoted me $250 for a hem), and just made it an overall terrible experience. Talking with people about this after my appointment, it seems like they are known for this. There was also no privacy for trying on dresses, and it got loud and crowded very quickly, which during COVID was particularly uncomfortable.

Working with them made my experience at Elaine's wonderful. I simply could not have asked for a better seamstress. She is amazing.
