It is so rare to find an Automotive / Tire Shop that consistently hits a home run! Every time I go to this shop, the employees are friendly and helpful - it's almost as if they never have a bad day. I feel welcome and comfortable waiting for my vehicle or dropping it off for service.nnThe value of my dollar goes a long way here. They charge fair prices and you never feel like you're being taken advantage of as you might at other shops. This is especially important to me as a female who occasionally has run into a mechanic who talked over my head. That doesn't happen at Matthews Tire.nnThese guys are the real deal. Solid, professional, and efficient. You'll really be in good hands here.

I had several new tire sets put on at Matthews, the service has been great. Follow up flat repairs have been covered by the road hazard warranty without any problems. The guys at the front desk are helpful and professional.

Completed work as requested. Sent inspection report and followed up with phone call to explain recommendations for additional maintenance. Called again when work was completed. Prompt and painless check-in and check out. I have been here a few times, and will be back again in the future.
