I had called before my lunch to ask if they had any openings and if they could get me in right away since I only have an hour lunch which they said “yes just walk right in”. Well as I arrive I notice 5 people waiting in line. I waited for 35 minutes!!! While also not getting the service that I requested. I then asked if she would be able to get me in later she said Again “yes just walk right in”. I had to be the one to ask for an appointment time. IF YOURE GONNA HAVE RECEPTIONISTS THEN TEACH THEM HOW TO SCHEDULE BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE NO SENSE OF TIME MANAGEMENT!

I got the eyelash extensions which I thought actually looked really good and were super cheap. BUT as time went on they started to fall out and leave behind literal clumps of missing eyelashes ( my natural ones) . I had one hanging off about a week ago and I helped take it off because it was on its last strand. When I looked I saw 5 of my own natural lashes connected to the one clump of lashes that fell off. Very disappointed that my eyelashes will not be the same for a long long time due to the excessive amount of glue they put on your eyelashes.

I have been bringing my daughters here for years. New people running the desk lately that are extremely unprofessional and rude. Sign on the counter stating “must wear mask correctly” yet the person behind the counter has hers pulled down to under her chin. I made sure to take a picture for proof. Very dissatisfied with the new hires. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Did a walk in. After only about 10 minutes, I asked how long. She said like 5 minutes. Then the girl that was doing another person went to the bathroom before she was done with her person. She was gone at least 5 minutes and I finally got up and left

I called to inquire about a fill on eye lashes. I informed the worker that I had previous lashes and needed an emergency fill. She booked me an appt. and informed immediately. I drove 40 miles into GB. After sitting down I was told that the eye lashes couldn’t be done as they only do cluster lashes and only one person is certified to do the lashes but I would have to drive another 30 minutes to another town to get these done.nnThanks for nothing. A person shouldn’t be scheduling when they have little to no knowledge about the company they work for.
