Recently brought our new puppy in to see Dr. Riding based on a friend's recommendation. I couldn't be happier. She was very thorough, professional, and personable. Will be bringing our other dog there as well.

They are very kind, friendly and caring. Love Dr Riedi! She is very kind,caring and gentle. Also very knowledgeable. She is great with Lucky. I completely entrust her with my cat.

Everyone at Bay East Animal Hospital, from the time you walk through the door until the time you leave the building, are friendly, kind, caring, compassionate, and respectful. All of the staff are knowledgeable and show a sincere concern and willingness to take care of all of your pet's issues and needs. As long as I live in the Green Bay area I would not take my dogs anywhere else for their healthcare needs. Thank you Bay East Hospital and God bless all of you during these difficult times.

I have been taking my German Shepherd to Bay East since we moved to town. I could not be happier with the quality of their services and responsiveness. Over the past two years, I think Thor has seen most everyone there, but Dr. Eastman is his primary vet and she is wonderful. Recently when she was not available, Dr. Reidi needed to see Thor as it was Friday and he was very sick. Dr. Reidi and the rest of the staff there that day spent so much time taking care of Thor so compassionately and keeping me updated by phone as I could not be with him due to COVID. Dr. Reidi was so thorough and made sure all bases were covered before making the decision I could take him home. They made sure to check in with me multiple times to see how he was doing. This has been my experience with every visit to Bay East, and I would never even consider taking Thor any place else. We are customers for life!
