I had the Costco mail order pharmacy transfer the script over to the local Costco Pharmacy due to an error they made which left my son without his medication. This local pharmacy proceeded to ask me if I knew the difference between mail order - where the pills are mailed to my house, and pick up, where I pick up the pills! I told the clerk that I had a Master's degree and knew the difference between mail order and pick up. To make a long story short, the Pharmacist came over and was unwilling to make a phone call to the Costco Mail Order, nor to my insurance to obtain an override.nnLater in the day I was talking with the Costco mail order who indicated they had sent the script to this Costco and that the staff was rude the them as well.nnRude, and unable to make a simple phone call for a customer whom they left without medication. Then to top it off, they were rude to employees of Costco Mail Order. I guess helping fill a prescription is too much to ask. I will never return. If you have choices, I would recommend you contemplate what else they do not do correctly if they cannot even be helpful to customers.
