Very disorganized, unable to pull up records from purchase made withen the last year. Rude on the phone and overall bad costumer service. If I could give no star I would. Usually I like to stand up for the small businesses, but in this case I cannot. Poor at best.

This is my favorite jewelery store. There is a large variety of styles and creative one of a kind works of art designed by Lisa. They also did great work with restringing and recreating my old jewelery.
