Had a wonderful experience visiting Rummele’s today. Purchased a watch that I had been wanting for a while, worked with both Doug and David and had great conversations with both, got the watch I have been wanting for a long time and couldn’t be happier. The vibe here is very comfortable and casual, no pretentiousness whatsoever, even though they carry some of the best watches in the world. Not always an easy thing to find. If you’re a watch enthusiast, go here, they have experience and selection without any attitudes. Such a pleasant experience, loved every minute of it!

Just purchased my second watch from Rummele's Jewelers in Green Bay. David was just excellent with helping me in my purchase as was Tracy with my earlier purchase this year. These Sales People are the best that I have ever been involved with. I can not say enough how great everyone who works there is. I am already planning the purchase of watch number three from them.

The 30-day money back guarantee was not honored, I will never go back here again. Very disappointed the management was misleading and wouldn't make it right.

We purchased a set of Pearl bracelets from Rummeles for an event silent auction item. They were an absolute dream to work with, helping us find the best piece for our 1920's themed event. They were kind, efficient, well organized, and even cleaned my wedding ring for me while we waited on the item being wrapped up. Rummele's truly cares about their customers and their community and with their assistance helped us raise $1,400 on one basket! Thank you Rummele's for all of your help!
