Let me start off by saying the store employees at the bay park square mall location are great and the only reason I'm giving a 2nd star.nnMy husband and I ordered my wedding band. I wanted 2 of the small diamonds replaced with my kids birthstones.nThe store told us up to two weeks for the ring to be complete.nThe home office has done nothing but give us the run around. 1 excuse after another and almost a month later and still no ring.nnAs repeat customers, I'm so disappointed,nWill not be returning for future purchases

The customer service is absolutely incredible, Wednesday was super helpful very friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience absolutely great. I ended up only waiting roughly 2 1/2 weeks for my custom made Ring. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because when I went to pick up my ring I put it on and was walking out of the mall, and I did not even make it to the exit of the mall before I noticed one of the large diamonds on the band missing. Thankfully my boyfriend to purchased insurance but I’m just a little concerned that they sent a custom-made ring back with out a diamond, what if I did not have the insurance for the ring?

Please never purchase anything from this jewelry store, as they will mislead you at your purchase with false information. Go to a real jewelry store like Kay, or Zales! Gave me false information about my purchase, and the insurance I purchased, and for what to make a sale during a hard time when sales are low a lot of establishments. This place is a joke! Please consider again where you buy your jewelry and not this place....
