Girl was not helpful at all when I talked to her on the phone, then I get there and the little gun thing gets stuck on my ear, both ears are infected. Wouldn’t go here to get them pierced
4 employees behind the counter and all talking to each other. I was never asked if I needed help. The store was busy but I was the only one checking out. I wasn't impressed with the quality of the product either. I'll see if what I bought holds up thru the holidays.
I had the worst experience today because of one of the employees Rhea who made me pay extra for a mistake that she made herself. Also when she called the manager to help with the situation the manager was rude to me and put her hand in my face as an attempt to block my voice out.
Very cute and lovely accessories. Reasonable pricing and great options for earrings.
Terrible ear piercing service. every time i get a piercing there they always get infected and they go way into my ear to the point of me having to go to the urgent care even when i used the cleaner they provided.
