Anthem cancelled my insurance the same day they received my payment. And withdrew the payment made to my healthcare provider 6 months later. After making my payment i had assumed i was covered now I'm stuck with a huge doctor bill right before Christmas. Merry Christmas to me

I have never had a problem with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Any time a complication has happened with billing (I seem to be in the hospital a lot) they have been awesome to work with. I am sad that I am not with them for insurance anymore because they are by far the best insurance company I have been with. Excellent customer service on the phone and online! Surprised I'm the only good google review so far, but people are less likely to write a review for something good verses something bad.

Have the most ridiculous situation occurring right now because of this company! If I could give zero stars I would. Please find any other company to use because this is not insurance! Complete frauds and then offer zero assistance for their mistakes!

Instantly denied my medical testing for adhd adult, I have been on multiple meds all through childhood, 8 years, then they deny my adult testing, say good by to my GED program, thanks blue anthem.
