This doctor does not research before he puts patients on medications. He put my husband on a medication known to be dangerous for cardiac patients after only knowing him for a day and a half. Cymbalta is not meant to be combined with blood pressure medications and had this doctor or any others at the time LOOKED AT MY HUSBAND'S RECORDS or god for bid LISTENED TO HIM,nthey would have seen he has heart disease and a defibrillator. My husband had recently stopped taking Cymbalta a couple of months prior making him violently ill and he was finally feeling better. This quack dumped him back on it based on the answers my husband gave to him regarding his last anti depressant and the dosage. If that was not bad enough, he did not slowly dose him....he jumped him up 30 mg so instead of his last extremely too high dose of 30 mg which made him dillusional and hardly functional, he was put on 60 while in a night stay at the psychiatric ward. My husband is not mentally unstable I've known him for 13 years yet no doctors listen to me. He suffers from mild depression and anxiety. Both stem from the lack of relationship with his father, the sudden and tragic loss of his mother, moving away from his family who even when he lived close enough barely visited him, his lack of trusted friendships (being used) and feeling like he has little use because after years of providing for himself, me and our daughter, he was unable to after 2009 when his grief for his mother almost incapacitated him. Counseling, love and guidance are his keys and I tried to share that with doctors at Bellini Psychiatric and they instead treated him like a nutcase with bipolar. He has since been diagnosed mild depressive with anxiety but nothin in his records has been changed after over 3yrs of a new diagnosis. Avoid this doctor and all of Bellin Psychiatric Center/hospital all they care about is medicating you not getting to know you and finding better ways to handle your pain and frustrations. Malpractice at its best
