Amazing customer service from everyone there. Front desk staff was friendly and explained my charges to me. Tech was personable and so kind. Dr Nelson was thorough and listened to my issue. He asked about my family and genuinely seemed to care about me as his patient. My entire family and my mom will be switching to this dental office. Thank you for everything!

Went to see dentist about problems (first time). Very thoughtful and compassionate. Explain things so that you could understand them and make suggestions on the problem. No pressure and very informational on cost of services. Will be see him again and will recommend him to friends,

Hate going to the dentist but I love my dentists! They get me into see them so quick and they do help me and make me so relaxed. I do recommend them to all my family and friends!

This was my childhood office from infant to age 21. Dr.Hein was the absolute kindest dentist I’ve met and I work in dental now! His office is lovely, the hygienists are so kind, and I’ve always felt comfortable. I’ve never sat in pain in Dr.Hein’s chair, and I’ve had a LOT of work done. Dr Hein is always on top of having state of the art equipment. So be prepared to see new efficient ways to repair your smile! I hope to work in an office as wonderful as this one.

Going to Dr Hein and having cavities filled was great and usually going to the dentist is scary but not with Dr Hein and his staff they made me feel like family and I’m not one bit sore and they did a fabulous job. Thanks so much
