I was hesitant to see a new dentist after seeing the same one my whole life up to this point (entire immediate and some extended family still see him, so the office really knows me), but this was a great experience! Everyone is so friendly and does a great job at explaining what they're doing and finding. The technology was great--there were some cool tools I've never seen before (especially the mini camera that took pictures of my teeth)! Plus I really appreciated knowing exactly what I am going to pay for my next appointment.

Been going to Green Bay Smiles for a few years, they always do a wonderful job. I recently had to get a crown and was very nervous. Dr Messer and her support staff (Tiffany & Ally) were exceptional! They were professional, attentive and calming - I didn’t feel a thing! I highly recommend Green Bay Smiles for all your dental care.

This practice is about the bottom line. Patient experience and satisfaction takes a back seat to profit. Unlike other dental offices, Green Bay Smiles does not put forth the effort to make sure they are doing what is in the best interest of the patient in regard to their insurance. They provide services before insurance coverage is available for that service again. They provide services without proper medical record of patient history and blame the patient for any discrepancies. Horrible customer service taking no responsibility for advocating for their patients.nnIn response to you, I was a patient and my Google account is under my maiden name. I called and stopped in multiple times to discuss the situation and then I wrote this review. Shows how much your patients matter seeing as you had an upset Michelle in the office this week and couldnt piece together who this review was from ;)
