10-14-2020 Another scheduled oil change and vehicle inspection. Everything was excellent. I also needed a new switch for my power mirrors. The wrong switch was delivered, so Sterling, the Service Advisor took the new switch from his truck which had just been replaced and installed it in my truck,n“because he knew I was soon leaving to go south for the winter”. Talk about customer service!!nnScheduled an oil change and vehicle inspection. All was great. Sterling is a fantastic Service Advisor. 8-7-2020nnI have purchased and serviced 4 new vehicles over the years from Broadway. That should tell the story.nJust had front brakes and rotors installed. I had 63,000 miles on the brakes so it was time. I’ll be pulling my RV out west, so wanted the brakes all set. Broadway did a great job. The brakes were done on time as promised. Great service.

The service technician was polite and friendly. The waiting area was clean, quiet and comfortable. I was told it would be done within the hour and the oil change took about 90 minutes from the time I parked my vehicle. When my vehicle was done. She explained what was done and the recommendations for my vehicle. She did wear a mask unlike a few individuals in the parking area, however it did not cover her nose for most the time. I was talking to her. There was plexi-glass between us.

When working with Alonzo and Tami they never stopped trying to find a way to help me get into my new vehicle. Made the experience very comfortable can't easy to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to stop in that's looking for a vehicle new or used.

Had a tire leak they seemed very busy but took care of us as quickly as possible. The only concern was the number of people not wearing a mask at one point I was the only person with one on in the waiting area. I don't think anybody wants to wear one but with many employees walking through and not a word said was not right. If a business does not enforce the mandate it makes it harder for everyone else to enforce that masks be worn and keep everyone one safe.

Recently purchased an F-150. Lynn Schultz was absolutely wonderful to work with. Very nice relaxing atmosphere within the facility. No pressure at all. Had service work done with a previous truck. Very satisfied.
