Our experience was excellent. Zach was very knowledgeable , especially with the synching of my new phone to the Genesis G80 which we purchased. The entire process was less than a week. Mason was also very good to work with on the transactional side of the purchase. I would definitely go there first when purchasing my next vehicle. Everyone was very friendly.
I was need of a vehicle relatively quick, only had so much time to search for a vehicle. Ended up at Broadway, got one I was looking at. Later realized that their numbers were overpriced for what it was. Not much room for negotiation. Fast talkers. Would recommend checking out other dealers before coming here.nEDIT: Was told I would be contacted to get a spare key, since the car didn't come with one. Couple weeks. I hear nothing. Try emailing about it. Hear absolutely nothing back. Been a month and a half. Nothing. All for a key that was supposed to be part of the sale.
Was a great experience for buying a new Hyundai Tucson. No pressure sales, talked me through every aspect of the sale and all details of the operation of the vehicle. Very knowledgeable and informing. Just want to tell Travis Paquin job very well done. If there is something I need he is the person I will definitely contact.
