Great Experience. Went to just look at a new Palisade. Our sales Person Michael D was very courteous and professional. We took the vehicle for a test drive. We ended up purchasing the vehicle we test drove. I would not hesitate going back to Broadway for my next vehicle purchase.

When searching for a new suv we reached out to several dealerships throughout the midwest area. Broadway Hyundai went above and beyond to help us. They stood out from other dealerships by listening to what we were looking for and working hard to make sure they had the vehicle we wanted. Then, when it came to negotiating price they were willing to utilize rebates to get the price to where we wanted it to be. We traveled over 2 hours to pick it up and were not disappointed. We felt like we had their utmost respect and that they truly appreciated our business.

Travis answered every single question we had....didn’t pressure us too much at all when we explained we wanted to check out other brands of SUVs, but he was still there to answer questions throughout the week as we were shopping around. The man was patient with us and had the utmost respect towards us. Cannot say enough good things about this process through Hyundai, especially when comparing it to our previous experiences at a very popular used car dealership in the area.nnExtremely satisfied with our 2020 Santa Fe Sel and we are extremely satisfied with every part of the process involved in buying the vehicle. 6 out of 5 stars
