Awesome experience today with Zach. He was very understanding and willing to work with my situation. He even had a 2015 that just came in, which was so much nicer than what I was originally at. I'm beyond grateful with Laura in the auto credit dept. I've never had a dealership care about their customers the way Laura/Dorsch have. When I was out of work during the quarentine they were more then understanding with my payments. Now I had to get some work done and they helped me out as well. I cannot say enough good things about Laura. She is very caring and helps put ur mind at ease when things get turned upside down. Well my son thought he,was paying his payments on time..paid what they required...but then somehow my son was behind in payments...oh sorry for the confusion..so it's your mistake and my son has to pay for it...interesting...he will pay off this car and he won't be back
