The regular service was just fine. However, the best part of my experience was over at the collision center. I had a scratch in the paint of my vehicle and the gentleman was kind enough to take a look at it. He went as far as to grab a buffer and ended up buffing it out to a point that it was no longer noticeable. I wish I would have caught his name but I am very happy with the extra effort he put in.
Brought my wife's car in for an oil change last week and everything went smooth not too long of a wait. 6 days later there is oil leaking on my garage floor. Brought the car back and they got it in immediately and found both the drain plug and oil filter gaskets leaking. They fixed it at no charge but what a hassle having to bring it back for such a routine maintenance.
We worked with Joe Fischer and had a great experience. The process was easy and smooth. We looked on Friday night, found an Equinox and got the paperwork started. We went back Saturday morning and finalized everything. Highly recommend Joe!!
They said it would be done in 7 days and it was. A service person called me before the weekend to keep me posted on the progress. The work was very nice and I made a special stop back to tell them that. Very satisfied!
The service was good, as it always is. My one complaint would be the extra charge for using a credit card. Our society has gone mostly cashless but your business is trying to reap extra profits during this difficult time.
