Gandrud Chrysler Service (Atilla and Service Manger) are truly an asset to the Honest, Great Service we received on our Chrysler Concord. We live in Marquette Michigan and if we are ever in Green Bay and have a problem with our vehicle it will certainly be coming to Gandrud’s for repair. I only dealt with Tom Gedeon so I can't speak for the rest of the sales team but Tom was great and not overly pushy. He took the time to go over all the features of my new (to me) 2019 Cherokee Trail Hawk after the sale. The oil change and tire rotation great. Waited for paper work way to long! It sat in the parking lot after oil change longer than the service!
Well I called to get a torque spec for a vehicle. They refused to provide the information because the technicians work on a flat rate. I have no idea what technician getting paid has to do with a simple question. Good customer service is taking a moment to get the information or getting there number and let them know I will call them back with the information. It’s that simple, and nothing hard about it! I work in customer service and this really gets my blood boiling. For the future I will never work with this dealership again! I recommended your dealership a lot and this is what I get!? I will purposely drive to another dealership or drive a longer distance, so you will never get my business. Oh, I will be writing corporate as well.
Thank you SO much to Matt Gonwa for going over the top selling me my Jeep. I’ve worked with him a few times now and every single time he goes above and beyond my expectations. He personally goes out of his way to make sure you leave with the car you want, and he happily answered his phone outside of work hours when I had a question about my car I was supposed to pick up the following day.
