My experience in service was nothing short of amazing. When my WRX needed some repairs, Rob and Shawn were extremely communicative in terms of parts, delivery and timing. The repair was done perfectly without any hitches. My car is running better than I had it before and I can't say how happy I am not only to get my car back, but that it was there in safe hands. The billing process was straightforward and there were no surprises. The loner vehicle process was easy to do and on my end it felt very streamlined and simple. Thank you Bergstrom for great service. It's nice to have a solid Subaru service department in Green Bay! Definitely coming back here again for my planned maintenance.

Pretty much everything about my experience was positive. Making an appointment was easy, drop off was easy, my car was ready on time. But they promised me a car wash and my car didn't look one iota cleaner than when I dropped it off.

Keenan was super helpful and personable with helping me purchase my vehicle. He let me take my time, was not pushy what so ever, answered my questions and gave his own opinions about each vehicle I was looking at. Appreciated all his help!

It was my first time me and my husband were buying a brand new car, I was super skeptical, but David gave us some great advice and I took the day to ponder on it. I realized it would be best to go for the brand new car we went back the next day and Chris helped with the rest of the process. They were awesome gave us the best rates. The process was quick. They reassured us and informed us with all our questions. And over all just a 10/10 for customer service and even all the other works that helped make this possible for us thank you!

My wife and I decided it was time to upgrade or current SUV. We worked with Keenan and Cris, both of them did a great job! We tested out several different SUV's until we found the perfect one. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We purchased some extended polices with Nick to protect our purchase. We'd recommend Bergstrom Imports to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
