Great staff! Shay was very helpful in our car purchase. They were very friendly and not pushy. They price matched another company and then some. Our trade it was also valued more here than other places we had it assessed at. We will definitely go back again for future purchases!
Service team is as good as it gets. I've had a few VW vehicles over the past decade, some under warranty and some not. Brandon and his team have taken extremely good care of our family.
We went to look at a car with the intention of test driving it. We knew we were not ready to purchase a car that day and we were upfront with the sales woman about that. She never pressed us and did not try to sell us on something that we were not ready to buy. Yet she was thorough when describing the features of the car and answering our questions.
Service visit was handled very well. Haven was our main contact and was knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely will go back to this dealer for future service needs.
Service and timeliness for my scheduled oil change was great. Tires rotated and fluids checked plus a car wash. Cost quite a bit more than the same thing cost at the Sheboygan VW dealership I used in the past. Cost is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
