Great for book lovers and small gifts for the family. They hold a DVD section and board/party games too. Friendly staff here as well and will help you find anything you need.nnThis Barnes and Noble has a star bucks as well. No tables available due to covid but everything is still on the menu. They do sell star bucks cups and accessories.
Ordered two books online with a gift card, when I came in to pick them up one was damaged. The cashier didn't even say anything about it. I asked for a new copy and there were no other copies in the store. The manager said they could charge me for just the one book that was in good shape, and my gift card credit would be refunded. When I picked out a new book to buy with my card, the credit was not back on the card. The best they could do was tell me to call the number for the card. So not only did I not get my original book I wanted, I also lost almost 10 dollars. The credit for the damaged book is just gone. Very disappointed and probably won't come to this location again.
I love this store, I could spend all day and thousands of dollars if I was rich, they have such a huge collection, I prefer to hold a real book in my hand. I love the smell when you walk in, It smells like fresh coffee and brand new books. This is my kinda store.
