Apostle Islands Boat Tours

We were late getting to the boat, one reason was the parking in Bayfield-either $20.00 dollars for a day(had to wait in line) or take your chances parking in the 2 hour zone parking spaces. Bayfield lacks public bathrooms except for one public bathroom 2 blocks from the boat landing. The boat does have bathrooms. Being the last ones on the boat and seating was not available for good picture taking. So go early and get good seats along the boat rail. We headed out and we're warned we would be heading into the wind and that is why it was so cold for us. We had layered shirts, wind breaker and winter coats and it was cold even on a 72 degree day. The only time it was warm is when the boat slowed down and turned around to get good pictures on each side. Except for stories about the island and beaches or buildings, the islands all looked the same. Even with a diagram of islands it was hard to know which is which. Did we enjoy the boat ride?-Yes. What made the boat ride so enjoyable was the very kind and helpful staff and the Star was Captain Sherman. He made it the best trip ever with his stories about the islands and the fact that he was a local who grew up in the area, very familiar with the islands to make the trip totally enjoyable. I will take the ride again with Captain Sherman. He's the Best. Only other comment online it said the boat tours were at 8:00am, 4:30pm and 7:30pm. We rushed for the 8:00am tour, but found out they had a tour at 2:00pm which would have been more agreeable to us. Will check the time next time. Yes we are coming back next year on a warm day at 2:00pm with Captain Sherman. We hope to bring our Family Reunion (25) next summer. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Had an extraordinary time on the entire day at apostle islands boat tours. Our kayak guides went well beyond to guarantee an incredible ordeal. They truly connected each kayak along the excursion in discussion. Alongside guaranteeing the security of the gathering. Had a great deal of essential ocean buckle encounters!

Awesome Boat Tour, Great atmosphere affected this one of my most cherished things we to have done as a family. Much thanks to you for an amazing night!! In spite of the manner in which that the lake had a few waves, we stayed dry. Loved It....Hurray!!

I went for a four day/three night kayak trip. The outing was great and loaded with good memories. I would HIGHLY recommend Apostle Islands Boat Tours company and their services to all.
