Excellent experience. Definitely try to reserve online beforehand if at all possible. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. I wouldn’t normally spend this much for a tour, but it was one of the few ways to see the islands without a private/personal boat. Plus $50 for about 3 hours isn’t too bad. The staff was helpful and friendly. Great history and knowledge of the area. Awesome way to take pictures and see the islands.

Totally worth the price of admission! Our captain Mike was awesome! He volunteered for the national park service when he was in school so he was super knowledgeable about the islands and even had some fun anecdotes to share. In terms of social distancing, it’s pretty tough as the seats are bolted down to the floor on the top deck and everyone wants to sit on the edges. For our trip it was around 45 degrees Fahrenheit so everyone kept their masks on and bundled up the best they could. The tour of the islands with the fall colors was beautiful! I can’t wait to come back here someday in the fall again.

We recently took the Grand Tour on the Archipelago. The cruise staff and tour itself were amazing, most especially kudos to Dan our Captain and cruise commentator. Given the current Covid environment we felt adequate measures were taken and we had no concerns throughout the 2-1/2 hour tour. However, we do have a couple constructive suggestions which would have changed my rating to five stars. First, the parking situation is not ideal insofar as there is extremely limited space near to the pier. In fact, the City's two hour parking time limit is not reasonable in supporting this local business which clearly brings tourism dollars to this beautiful little town. The second concern is availability and location of public restrooms near the wharf. Clearer and more visible signage would have been highly appreciated; you might wish to consider placing a couple portable toilets outside the ticket office on the pier. All that being said, we look forward to taking another one of your tours in the future.

The Grand Tour is amazing!!!! Beautiful views, and the captain provided a lot of interesting history during the tour. We thoroughly enjoyed the boat ride...spectacular views! Next time we go up there, we will definitely go again! They wiped down all regularly touched surfaces through the whole boat ride. And they disinfect the boat before each cruise. Be sure to bring a jacket/sweatshirt because when the wind picks up, it can get pretty chilly. They also allow you to BYOB & snacks on the boat, which was an unexpected plus. Their snacks are pretty pricey.nIf you're hoping to sit up top outside, make sure to get there at least 45 minutes early.

CDC guidelines are not followed at all. 50% capacity leaves you with 100 people that are on top of each other. I had bought my tickets 2 months in advance and was extremely excited but my health and my families health is far more important. I didn’t expect to have a private tour but I also didn’t think they would be this irresponsible to have people so crammed into one area. Good example of a business that obviously cares more about making a buck rather then helping their fellow businesses get back to “normal”. Absolutely unhappy. Good job showing the people visiting of bay field you care.
