Soo unsatisfied with what I got. I ordered online and seemed easy enough, well false.. people in the kitchen apparently don’t know how to count or read for that matterud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f I didn’t get my sauce or my drink with my COMBO MEAL!! combo meal is supposed to come with a drink, obviously! I also ordered the 5 pc and only received a 4 pc. I am honestly so disappointed.

I went there for the first time in a while last Monday around noon. To start, the lady who took my order gave me an attitude while I was ordering. When I got to the window, I saw two employees not wearing masks while in close proximity to each other and bagging up food. When I finally got my order, I had received the wrong drink and I was missing two sandwiches. Overall, I was very let down and not impressed by the lack of professionalism at this establishment.

It's great when it's fresh but it's Hit or Miss at this location sometimes it's nice and hot and then other times it's old and and lukewarm

I'm not giving this place a 5 star review because of food at all, it was really what I expected at any KFC. I am giving them 5 stars solely on the fact that I received the best customer service I have ever received from the young man running the drive thru that evening, I don't think I got his name but I know he wore glasses. Anyhow, my husband was upset that they no longer had the spicy sliders and this guy was doing everything possible to find a comparable substitute and he did it with an attitude that made us feel like he was glad to help and we were incredibly impressed.
