Horrible customer service. It shows online their hours as being 6A-4P Pacific Standard Time. I am calling at 3PM PST, and they're not answering the phone and it's rolling to a recording where you can't leave a message. This is a SMALL TOWN, and they can't be that busy that they can't find someone to answer the phone lines for the public to get thru. This agency should be investigated by the state as to what they're doing to the public. They are paid with taxpayer money to do a job. You don't go hiding behind a recording ignoring the public during work hours!
When you have a ticket don't even bother to come They will not listen to you I have a badd situation in life that I cannot be the ridiculous amount of money and they didnt even want to listen they just want money
Literally had to call about 20 times before someone actually answered instead of a recording.
Have to say, the staff at this Courthouse was 5 Star. Arriving late for court, in my Sunday Best Shorts and Tank, I was given Shirt and Pants, which I thought was nice, but if I'm being honest, didn't really go with the Handcuff's the Marshal provided me once in court. Apparently making 1 payment on my traffic ticket every 2 years isn't acceptable. But none the less, I was then provided with free accommodations to the Clark County Detention Center. All in all was a great experience, and I'll be back for sure.
