Amazing dentist! DR. Bruehl did a crown for me that lasted 25 years. BEST DENTIST I've ever had!

It's been decades and i remember it like it was yesterday. My son's first filling and a dentist that WITHIN SECONDS lost all patience with him and began to panic himself. My son was sent home traumatized, numb and badly in need of a filling he received a week later from a different dentist WITH NO ISSUE OR EVENT WHATSOEVER. This was doctor error not the kid or his parents and EVERYONE PRESENT in the office said same. I did nothing at the time because we were both big fish in a small town and I wanted to keep the peace. Well, my son was killed and every event of his life comes flooding back and their full glory. When you met him he was a little boy, a little boy who told this horror story the rest of his short life. As a parent who has lot a child, I revisit every event like a treasure, even the bad ones. And this one was bad. You said within SECONDS, "this is why I don't do little kids" just because he tensed up! You raised your voice to him, threatened him and us and stormed out after waving your arms in crazed impatience. And you created a very painful memory. You owed us an apology. Your wife and your hygienist were very generous with theirs but it was not their place. I see for your Yelp reviews that the Mrs. still cleans up your messes. You are fortunate to have her (if you still do) but she's an idiot to do so. I regret harboring this all these years. But I trusted you would never book another child again. Shame on you!

My wife went in to have a crown put on, when she came home i notice the difference between the crown and the off color of the other teeth, i told my wife the crown doesn't match the color of your other teeth it stood out like a sore thumb, she told me that Dr. Bruehl asked her what color to pick so she picked that color not knowing it wouldn't match. What dentist asked there patients to pick out a crown for color this is supposed to be done by the Dr. and his assistance. There's other issues i have with him which i won't mention on here. So we kicked him to the curb and found another dentist.

Dr. Bruehl and his staff is amazing! I have always been afraid to go to the dentist before going to Dr. Bruehl. Now I'm happy to be in their friendly and professional care. They are passionate about what they do and care deeply about their patients. So grateful to have found Dr. Bruehl
