The lady I worked with was very nice, not pushy, she knew her stuff. I'd say the prices are high, but they are high everywhere so that doesnt count. I feel like my experience was positive and I would most likely return.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered new Samsung refrigerator, range, and microwave on September 12. (And paid in full with order.) Was quoted 1-4 weeks for installation. We are now over 10 weeks with no appliances. Tried contacting the store this week for a status update, but apparently the only person who can provide an update is on vacation for the week. No chance we'll use Amundson's again in the future.
