Patty has a way of making anyone feel welcome here both with her easy going personality and her flexible (pun lol) way of teaching yoga. Everything can be modified based on physical ability and she's very patient in her instruction while teaching students to be patient with themselves and where they are in their ability in the now. Would recommend :)
This is a great studio and should have more students than it does. Patty has managed to reopen with masks and spacing and I am very grateful for that during this difficult time.
