I went into the ER, Thomas (I think he is a practitioner), Melissa H., Sarah B., and the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and amazing. He was straight forward and they did not mess around. They kept me comfortable during the time I was there. I had a great experience and I would recommend them.

This place literally saved my life and stopped seizures, now that it's in new facilities and staff changed. They've made poor choices and don't preform well despite doctors efforts to protect and work with there patients. There staff dictates and rules what they do, reluctant to care about anyone but themselves. I'm very disappointed and disturbed by it's practice and change. Now coming back to only face problems with this instead of results.

Urgent care is nothing but a waste of money. They always say you get what you pay for. Going to switch insurance carriers next year and maybe then I’ll find someone that isn’t there just for the money but has a real interest for human lives.
