I actually do really enjoy a lot of the doctors at mayo. I had both my daughters there and the midwifes were amazing. My only complaint is it should NOT take a week to have my prescription approved. I have asthma and I need to have my inhaler. I’ve been out for a week now and even after messaging and calling the doctor they still have not approved it.

Just found out that Rice Lake Mayo Clinic does NOT allow patients to talk to doctors by phone OR have video visits...even at this serious time! When I signed up for services with Mayo I was told they did have these capabilities. Now I'm told they do but not in Rice Lake! so tired of being taken by surprise and then the nurse would not answer specific questions - only vague generalizations as I wanted to video my follow-up appt....so much corporate ineptitude in health care.....and I do blame corporate policy not the actual doctors and nurses - they're hands are tied...

Waited an hour for a flu shot. Never got it! Staff was very unhelpful!! Kept asking what the hold up could be.....no reason for this. Called the front office and was told they saw no reason that they would be running that far behind. Left.....will not be back!

I was referred to an ENT for sinus issues. Today I seen Dr Lowry. Amazing doc and staff. Everyone was wonderful. Very friendly and the doc took the time to explain everything. He was honest and did rush right to surgery. Thank you!!
