Best clam chowder soup -- and I have never liked any before. Shrimp cocktail was excellent. It has deck outdoors that faces woods with a view of lake -- beautiful. Staff is wonderful. Our dinner was also very good.

Celebrated our anniversary a few weeks ago with dinner out. We have a cabin nearby, but haven't gone to any restaurants due to Covid. The Host and bartender had on masks, but the waitress did not. Also, customers were entering without masks. The food was very good as usual as was the service. However, it was clear that Covid not taken seriously.

We celebrated our anniversary here last night. One of the best meals we’ve had at a restaurant for a long time. Started with the cheese curds. A very generous portion and perfectly made. I had the most delicious spinach salad. Clam chowder, shrimp and fettuccine, steak and bacon wrapped scallops were perfect and delicious. Our waitress gave us a yummy apple and ice cream dessert. Our new favorite place. The decor is warm and cozy. Service was excellent and we were not rushed. Also, wonderful wine at $5. a glass! Thank you 5 o’clock club for making our anniversary celebration so special!

The food is nothing short of excellent, and also pleasing to the eye. The entire staff is pleasant and they make you feel like you're family. Service is quick, prices fair, reservations are recommended. It is my favorite restaurant.
